1. Order Processing Times
We take pride in our rapid fulfillment process. All orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or major national holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update in the courier's system.
2. Discreet Packaging
Absolute Discretion Guarantee: All orders are shipped in unmarked, unbranded packaging. The exterior of the box or envelope will not contain any mention of "peptides," "research," or our full company logo to ensure complete privacy.
Vials are packed securely using vacuum sealing and protective cushioning to prevent any physical damage or UV degradation during transit.
3. Peptide Stability During Transit
A common question from our researchers is whether peptides will degrade during shipping if not packed with ice. The answer is no.
All of our peptides undergo a strict lyophilization (freeze-drying) process. In their lyophilized state, peptides are incredibly stable and can withstand elevated temperatures for weeks without any measurable degradation. It is only after you reconstitute the peptides with bacteriostatic water that they must be refrigerated.
4. Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer multiple shipping tiers for domestic researchers via USPS, UPS, and FedEx:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days): Free on all orders over a specific threshold (check current site promotions).
- Priority Shipping (2-3 Business Days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.
- Express Overnight (1 Business Day): Available for urgent research needs. (Note: Overnight delivery is not guaranteed for rural areas).
5. International Shipping & Customs
We ship to many academic institutions and researchers worldwide. However, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to know the customs regulations and import laws of their respective country.
Customs Disclaimer: Peptides Vaults is not responsible for packages seized, delayed, or destroyed by international customs agencies. We will not issue refunds or reshipments for packages stopped at international borders.
- International shipping generally takes 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and local postal service.
- Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT incurred.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
While we use reliable couriers, occasionally packages can be delayed due to severe weather, holidays, or courier errors.
- If your tracking has not updated in over 7 business days (for domestic orders), please contact our support team.
- If a package is confirmed "Lost in Transit" by the courier, we will issue a one-time complimentary reshipment of your order.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" that are stolen from porches or mailboxes. Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address.
7. Returns & Refunds Policy
Because of the highly sensitive nature of research chemicals and the strict quality control environment required to maintain 99%+ purity, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Once a product leaves our climate-controlled facility, we can no longer guarantee its integrity for resale. Therefore, all sales are final.
Exceptions: If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, or if vials arrive physically shattered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will issue an immediate replacement.
